Round cells in sperm

My fertility has found round cells in my husbands sperm twice and was given antibiotics. Still didn't go and now my husband has to go to a urologist. Has anyone's husband had round cells in their sperm and does anyone know if it causes infertility? His count is very high but for some reason the round cells are still in his sperm.

Update: we got pregnant on our own naturally! I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby! Due in June. So it can definitely happen even with round cells in sperm.
