Feel as though I am leaking...

This may be a little odd sorry for to much info but for the last week I have been feeling as if I am leaking if that makes sense! I'm 34 and a half weeks pregnant and I'll be just sitting there and feel as though I have just wet my self the tiniest bit. It's even when I don't need the toilet. When I go to the toilet to check its just like a bit of water has come out of me!? What could this be? Thank you!
