Is it wrong?

I'm 21, I'll be 22 next month. I don't live at home. I have a job. I have a very stable relationship. So is it wrong of me to be pregnant? We're waiting until August to tell people. But I'm so scared people are going to say I ruined my life because I'm still young.

I'm 20 and pregnant with my second, definitely not too young. If people can't accept you starting your family when YOU want, that's their problem. Not yours. I think you might be pleasantly surprised though, I've found that people are way more supportive after you don't have the word "teen" on the end of your age.

I think you should do what you want at the end of the day it's your baby your going to be the one supporting it,taking care of it,so who cares about other people's judgement? I'm 21 and I'm due October.

That's all relative. In my family 22 is normal. In some families 19 is normal. In some families 30 is what's normal. Under allllllll those different circumstances the only constant truth is that you will never NEVER please everybody and there will always be people somewhere judging you. If 30 was normal in your family but not your friend group maybe someone would be judging you for waiting too long, ya know? A big lesson in adjusting into parenthood is that there will allllllways be a crowd of judges and you have to start working asap on letting their opinions roll of your back because they literally mean Zero in your life.

Don't worry about what people say, everyone lives their lives differently. I got married at the age of 20 and people told us that we settled down to fast and we should still have fun since we are so young, as if we are incapable of having fun together. Now that I'm pregnant, I could care less of people's comments/opinions about how my husband and I are running our lives.

I moved in with my boyfriend when I was 19, I had a really good job, my own car, paid my own bills. And I got pregnant at 20. I'm 21 now and he's 2 weeks old. Definitely didn't ruin my life in anyway, and if people think that then that's their issue not mine. I wouldn't trade being a mom for anything, i mean what else would I be doing with my life besides working, probably save more money. But about it. It's not other people's lives, it's mine. Whatever People say or think about me being a mom at my age is completely irrelevant.

I had my first when I was 22. And some where supportive others thought I was too young but you know what girl? You ARE pregnant. So doesn't matter what anyone says or feels. Allow people to get use to it too and don't worry about others. I'm fine!! She is now 9 and I also have a 6 yr old and a one month old. I had more strangers tell me I was too young then family.
