Is this a positive First signal pregnancy test?

I took this test and felt defeated so walked away and came back an hour later to find this. I'm confused because the line looks kind of high, but there is definitely color there...has anyone else had a test like this before? Is it faulty? I took a follow up the next morning and a faint line developed but not until after the 10 minute time frame which makes me think the other one developed after the 10 minute cut off as well. Help! What are your thoughts? I've gotten evap lines with these tests before but they didn't look anything like the ones from yesterday and today.
