Annoucement advice..

I need some advice for announcing being pregnant.

I have my moms and my brothers announcement planned.

My sister in laws on the other hand, she has a part time job (as of a month or two ago) but I know she would love to stay home with her kids and get paid too. Who wouldn't love that right?? And of course I know she wouldn't mind keeping my baby as she told me before when I had a miscarriage. Well I need some advice on how to word or create a "open position" "on/ for baby sitting" "Baby H" "starting in February 2018" for "x about of dollars a week/month"

Please help.
