9 weeks and no appetite??

I'm 9 almost 10 weeks pregnant and I literally have no appetite. I know I need to eat but nothing ever sounds good or tastes good for that matter. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem??

I am 9 weeks as well and no appetite. I think this is normal. Any "morning" sickness? My tummy feels flippy all day on and off but no barfing, so I guess that's good. I'm eating a lot of soda crackers and soup. Anything too "tasty" or strong smelling and I'm not into it

Experiment with different tastes and find some things that work. I hate things I loved and love things I hated it. Early on I had a hard time eating, so no need to stress! 🤗

Food aversions. Very common. It sucks.

15 weeks still no appetite.  Every mention of any food at all, makes my stomach turns/nauseous. I hate this part.

At times all I could get in me was blue powerade. 😑it's horrible but common.
