Nipple piercing

I've been debating over the thought of getting my nipples pierced for about a year now. I'm a relatively small girl. my boobs are barely a B cup so I've thought maybe this could make them look nicer. However, I am living with my parents, I don't want my sister or mom walking in on me while I change. My mom is completely against provocative things.

Any tips? How noticeable will they be? What is the experience (getting them done/ healing process) like? How painful compared to nose piercing and shoulder tattoo is it?
