Why does it matter who she looks like ?!!!😒😒

Ughhhhhh I have been soooo annoyed with comments about my baby girl . I am a brown skinned Latina and my husband is white with blue eyes . I gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen . However all anyone wants to comment on is how dark she is and how she doesn't look like her dad at all. I guess they were under the impression mixed babies are supposed to favor the lighter parent ?!🤔 I guess I just wanted to vent a little because it honestly makes me upset and hurt a little because I'm so protective of my baby . His mom even said in front of him "she looks nothing like you " Has anyone else gone through this ??
