Help!!!!

Hello girls just looking to see if someone can help me out. I've been trying to conceive for about 7 months now. Last month I ended up being pregnant but it ended in miscarriage 😢 when I started bleeding doctor sent me in for blood work first day came back at 16 two days later hcg was at 2. It's been about 3 weeks now last day I was bleeding was the 17th of June. According to my app my next period is due in 6 days I've been having a feeling like something is up so I went to Walmart and got those cheap 88 cent pregnancy test and took it once I got home around 9:30pm and it's came back positive. I don't know how to take it. I'm in shock and not sure if it's real or just left over hcg? This was the first miscarriage I had ever had so not sure how it all goes after.
