I got a pregnancy at home pee test at what would be 3-4 weeks pregnant if I was and it came up negative. I was having symptoms. Tired all the time, cramps in my abdomen, nauseous at random times, gaining weight, horny like you wouldnt believe, the list goes on. However i took the negative test and thought maybe i had just freaked myself out as usual and forgot all about it. However my period is now 4 days late. Is it possible im still pregnant?

*side note* im on the pill but for a while wasnt taking it on time and forgot it quite a few times.
