TMI Alert!

Okay so I will be 34 weeks tmrw and this is my 3rd baby. I have had hemmroids as well. Today I went to the bathroom I did not have a bm at all but when I got up and looked in the toilet there was quite a bit of blood. Did I loose my mucus plug?? My first 2 were later then this when I lost it and it was all on the tp. With both my first 2. But I never looked today when I wiped. Could it be my hemorrhoids or my mucus plug. I'm so confused as I never had hemmroids before this pregnancy.
