Drinking

My fiance and i have a great relationship he is amazing. I have known him for 20 years . He loves my kids and is a great father to them. I have many health problems and he takes care of me no complaints. Currently my mother is dying and i couldn't ask for a better man to support us throw this horrible time but we have one huge problem he is an alcoholic and admits it . How do I get him to seek help . We want to spend the rest of our lives together and have a baby but i dont want the drinking around our kids . This is the one thing that can distroy us. I have talked to him about it many times. I don't know what to do please help.
