Bit of a scary weekend for us

I'm only 31 weeks 5 days along and on Friday, at 31 weeks 3 days, I started having contractions. I called my doctor and did as recommended. Unfortunately my contractions were not going away on their own so we made the trip to the hospital (where I found out they were real contractions and not Braxton hicks) I was monitored for three hours given a shot to stop my contractions and another to help develop my baby girls lungs. Luckily my baby was fine and heathy, we got released at 1 am on Saturday morning. By 12:30 I was cramping and experiencing the same pain as before. I called my doctor and since the night before I was not dilated and was given the shot to prevent labor he told my to just lay on my left side all day and drink lots of fluids and to come in at 8 to get my shot and have the nurses check me. Luckily when we went in I was not having contractions and I still was not dilated. I got my second shot to help develop my little miracles lungs and we were sent on our way. I was so terrified of giving birth and having to see my little baby in the nicu I'm just so relieved that she stayed in there and I pray that she stays for at least 5-6 weeks. I'd like for her to at least reach 37 weeks before she makes her appearance but she might be spittle impatient
