Up for anyone's advice

I have had watery discharge pasted my ovulation and it hasn't stopped for about 2 weeks now and I'm 4 days to my peroids my nipples are every sensitive only to touch, me and my partner both say my nipples have gotten bigger and darker a little bit and the boobs have also gotten bigger ?? Is this cause my peroids or can it be something else?
