So tomorrow I have civil court at 8am.

It involves me a person who purchased my car and another person who my car purchaser got into an accident with.

They are asking me to come to court because when I sold the car to him he didn't register it under his name until 6 months later. So when he got into an accident he didn't have insurance on the car so they just ran the license plate number and my name popped up as the registered owner smh 😞.

I've never been to court before so idk what to say as I don't want to say the wrong thing..

Also I have an contract agreement that the purchaser signed . It is not noterised tho.

So idk if I can use that at court..

also when do I give the judge my papers (the paperwork the person signed when I sold the car)
