PMS vs. Pregnacy symptoms

Anyone's PMS symptoms all the same as pregnacy symptoms!!! I cant tell if im PMSing or im possibly pregnat AF was supposed to show today and usually does like clock work but has not ... i do have light cramping and sore breast and the cramping has been on and off since last week! Yesterday (TMI) sorry lol i wiped after the bathroom and it was just a little light pink spotting kinda the color of pink lemonade lol and that was it just that once and nothing else! Hoping im pregnat and AF wont show 🤞... im gonna test in the am though... anyone have anything similar and find out they were preggers 🤰
