Failed 3hour glucose test,need advice😩😭

Just received a phone call my sugar levels were high and will need to see dietician as I have gestational diabetes.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant, so what happens now does that mean I can't have any sweets and have tiny portions of food?!

Also, does that make you more tired what are the Symptoms and how do you deal with it? Is it true you have to have induced labour and your baby will be super big????

I'm so confused and panicking
