Could I be pregnant or another phantom pregnancy?

Hi all, my fiance and I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 months now and I'm currently suffering with tender breasts,fatigue,nausea,cramping and constipation I don't want this to be a phantom pregnancy or just symptoms linking to my period in a week, but I'm due to get a tattoo tomorrow and don't know if I should risk it?? :/
