Conception constipation and cramps
I am 11 dpo aunt flow is expected on Thursday. I typically don't get cramps until the day my period starts and they can be pretty intense the first day however I started having mild cramping yesterday and a bit throughout the day today. Cm is not quiet ewcm or creamy but somewhere in between and a lot of it! I have also been struggling with constipation for the past 2-3days... anyone else experience similar symptoms before BFP?
