Period=irregular

Why is my period so irregular? I feel like I'm lucky,because I never have a period. But at the same time I feel like there might be something wrong. I go through the other symptoms of periods, mood swings, food cravings, acne, bloating, sex drive, etc. It's literally the blood of you get me and the pain. It's never painful and I never bleed I really need advice I'm freaking out!!!!!!
