Should I continue my depo provera shots?

I just moved to a different state so I don't know of any good places to go in the area I'm living in. I know it's just a shot, but I don't know if I will have to deal with new patient paperwork. Sometimes I feel like it'd be more convenient to just use condoms but my husband says he's afraid it would cost too much in the long run on top of feminine hygiene products.

Plus, the shot has really helped me with getting rid my cramps which used to keep me in bed all day & I also bled pretty heavily with every year I got older. (From 18 to 20. Im 21 now.)
