BV/Yeast?

I took 3 courses of antibiotics and antifungal medication (the 1 pill for YI) in late April, mid-May, and early June, all for very intense itchiness related to yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. The antibiotic actually caused the yeast infection, so I started using a probiotic but I've been slacking off.

I just ended my period few days ago, and I'm concerned about this white discharge I have. There's no smell, itchiness, or other symptoms I had with previous YI's and BV. But it seems much thinner than normal cervical mucus. Should I be concerned? I really don't wanna keep taking medications.

Also, can anyone recommend at home remedies for both that have worked for you? Thanks!
