So annoyed. I've been struggling to conceive number 2 for nearly 2 years. I'm at the pool and a woman who said she is due August the 9th is smoking.my throat literally closes up around cigarette smoke, but can you really try to not smoke while pregnant. It can cause birth defects. Yes, I know you have been someone who has smoked or possibly know someone who has and they had a perfect healthy baby, but that isn't always the case. 2 people I know of and used to be friends with both had children that needed special care and were not healthy babies because of their mom's smoking. Yes, I know it's none of my business and it's not me. But this is my opnion/rant, and I can't stand to see a woman who has been blessed with a baby smoking and potentially putting their child at risk.
