Sharp pain under belly button

10dpo and I feel like I know I am pregnant! I have so many symptoms. Still getting bfn. Today under my belly button to the right side I have this stabbing almost bruised feeling. Anyone get this before bfp?

I post Anon because I have friends on here who do not know I am ttc for baby #2
