Post partum pads?

So I've been reading a lot of people use depends instead of pads for postpartum bleeding... this seems pretty practical and less messy to me. However, I have a severe allergy to most mainstream feminine hygiene products. Things like always, kotex (except the thin pantiliners) make my skin raw and swell up like a freaking balloon. And the reaction lasts for WEEKS. Does anyone know of any items like depends made specifically for sensitive skin without all the extra junk? Otherwise I guess I'll just buy the super overnight pads from 7th generation or another similar brand.
