Just Diagnosed
I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I'm terrified. After reading some comments I guess I will have to give up milk, which I crave!! I haven't met with the endocrinologist yet, and they also want me to meet with a meal plan counselor. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm so worried about my health and ESPECIALLY babies health.
