If you've had sex recently then yes it's normal but if not then no. It could be part of your mucus plug which is normal when it doesn't have blood in it. When your mucus plug comes out with blood in it, it's your "bloody show" and means labor is near. If it's not your bloody show then having any blood in the third trimester isn't really normal. I would call your doc and let them know, just to be safe.
