pcos.......

I have pcos me and my so have been trying to conceive for just about 5 months I went to my obgyn who put me on metfomin which I have been on for 2 months now and I'm just not understanding ways happening last month I have a 2 days of very very light pink spotting if you can even call it that and then never got an AF here it is 7\11 I was supposed to get my AF today still nothing I took a pg test around the 1st of July bfn I was just kinda curious if anyone has been threw this or has any advise anything would be appreciated thank you.....
