Feel like ive failed my husband

We've been trying to pregnant about 2 years now. So far we've been disappointed every month and just can't seem to get pregnant. My hubby's younger brother has been married for way less time. Since his brother got married my hubby kept saying he hopes he can be a dad before his younger brother who has always had it lot easier in life. Well guess whose pregnant , yep his brother's wife. And their due date? My hubby's birthday. We are heartbroken. And feel broken. So depressed about this. I feel horrible for my husband I know being a dad is the most important thing to him. And me as well. Ughhh :(
