Discharge HELP

It's been 7 days of my yeast infection treatment now, which is how long my treatment lasts I believe. My burning itching sensation of the vagina has gone, and the very clumpy discharge has gone, however there are very very very little flecks in my discharge like the picture below. Other than that, the discharge comes out on my fingers like the one below 97% times now, sometimes with the little flecks. But nothing clumpy. Would you say my infection is over?
