Did you know you were having twins?

To anyone who has twins, did you suspect you were having twins? Did you have any Signs early on you might be having twins? Twins aren't in my family but are in my husbands but everyone keeps saying they think I'll have twins which I find odd that everyone keeps saying it. My husband also wants twins but I think I'd lose my mind or get them mixed up 😂😂

I knew at 5 weeks from instinct, then I started showing early so they tested my HCG levels. They did another pregnancy test and it was so positive the ink was bleeding, LOL. I said twins and the nurse agreed because she said she's seen strong tests with twins.  My HCG levels went up a lot in 48 hours so THAT alone was confirmation for me, but they wanted to do an early US and did one at 7.5 weeks where we saw two sacks. Twins don't run in our families but I've always wanted them.

Early positive (6 dpo), early morning sickness, super high hcg. Obvi none of this can tell you for sure but for us the 6 week ultrasound confirmed it.

Twins run in my family. I had several people say we were going to have twins when I got pregnant. I even had an "overwhelming" dream that I was pregnant with twins. We had an ultrasound done at 11 weeks 3 days and there's just one baby in there. I think that with twins pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness would be very strong but I'm not entirely sure.
