Positive OPK on cycle day 36. HELP!

Hey ladies:

So I had a chemical pregnancy on June 7th at 4 weeks. I was pretty sure I received a positive opk on cycle day 19 June 25th. Now I'm receiving a flashing smiley on CD 36, today. I thought I was 17 DPO Today. Am I off? So confused.....
