Confused

Ok so the guy I liked Snapchatted me saying I was cute and that we have to hang out and stuff and I was like yeah I'm down. And then he hasn't talked to me since.. it's been almost a week. He's known to not charge his phone for a while but I'm worried either one of his friends sent them or something because it was like black screens but it was like 1 in the morning so idk?? I've checked his sc score to see if it went up and he was just avoiding me but it hasn't changed. Thoughts anyone???
