Question on Prenatal pills?!?

ok ladies I have a question.. I've been taking my prenatal pills ever since I found out I was pregnant a month ago. My prenatals say take ether 1 hour before your meal or two hours after your meal. so I tried both ways to see which was best for me but they both seem to make me sick to my stomach ether way, does that ever happened to any of you? if so, should I continue taking them or should I not take them and wait till my next appointment to see what my doctor says?
