Girls asking about weight
Recently there has been an outbreak of girls (I say girls cuz most seem to be young teens) asking about their height and weight. Charts online can easily tell you if you are considered healthy or not. But please also keep in mind your body shape! I'm 5'5" and Pre pregnancy, always stayed around 140, even with a healthy diet and moderate exercise! I naturally have big hips and booty, and thick thighs, fit or not. Charts will still say I'm border line pushing my weight, though I can't help it no matter what I do. All because you're not the same size as others, doesn't mean it's bad! Just eat healthy and walk a lot. Strangers can't tell you if you're a good weight or not. Everyone has different bodies.
