Teething???

So Sebastian has been teething for about a month now and today I see this

Is anyone else's baby getting teeth already? 
And does that look infected?

Well ladies that little tooth broke through the gum. He has a little point that I can definitely feel now. I checked him in the late afternoon because he was flushed and wouldn't sleep if I wasn't holding him. Sure enough the ball that kind of looked like it was infected was gone but there is a tiny little point of his tooth that I could see and feel now.

My first baby got 2 teeth the day she turned 4 months old and had 18 teeth by 14 months. Still waiting with my 4 month old. He's been showing signs for a while now but none have surfaced yet.

doesn't look infected.  looks like his teeth r finally coming in.  but if u wanna make sure, take him to doc.  always good to be safe than sorry.

My almost 4 month old has been teething since early on his 2nd month. I thought it was too early, but the dr said he was definitely teething.
