Need advice on eating plans!
Hey ladies, I am currently 67kg and 5ft 3. I am wanting to get back down to 50kg or even 55 I would be happy with. I have been eating 1600 calories a day and it's just not doing it for me I'm losing nothing. I try walk for an hour a few days a week or do a few 20 minute work outs if it's raining. I need some advice on eating plans! diet plans! what has worked for you? should I be counting my calories? or should I be counting carbs or something else? should I be changing that calorie intake? what foods should I be eating?? or does it not matter as long as I'm under my calories? Let me know what diets worked for you and what food you eat! is dieting alone enough to lose the weight with the little amount of exercise I do? please give me your advice 😭😭 sick of the excess weight!
