Braxton Hicks?

So I'm sure all it's nothing but I'm a little worried. My first pregnancy I never had Braxton Hicks contractions so I'm not sure how they feel exactly, but I just had a contraction feeling in my lower back, just above my hip and from what I've read they should be in the front? I worry because my daughter was born at 32 weeks so my doctor already told me I'm high risk this time.
Is it just Braxton Hicks or should I be worried about it?

I had a lot of braxton hicks in my lower back, lots of actual contractions in my lower back as well.

Probably Braxton hicks. I went in yesterday for constant Braxton hicks every 5-10 min for two hours thinking they were contractions. They said just Braxton hicks and I would know when I am in labor because it's painful and gets progressively worse.
