Feminine wash?

So I've been using Summers eve wash especially when I'm on my period, but I've been recently seeing comments on here about how "lady wash" is actually really bad for you. Is this true? I haven't noticed any issues. What's the best way to wash your va-j-j?

My OBGYN says just warm water and that all soaps especially those that are fragranced can throw off your PH. I used feminine washes for a long time and had a few yeast infections a year plus itching from dry skin. Since stopping and only using water, I haven't had a single issue. I won't go back lol.

Yes those products are bad for you. Nothing but water and mild soap on the outside, nothing inside the vagina. It's self cleaning and does not need to be cleaned inside. Feminine wash can throw off the ph of your vagina and cause problems. If it smells or itches down there, it's another problem you should deal with. Good luck hun!

I've only ever had problems with my vagina when I've used those things. I'm also a cancer survivor and am weary of long term chemical exposure on my body let alone one of my favorite parts. I've heard you're not supposed to use soap, just water and that's from a gynecologist, but I'll tell you right now I live in Palm Springs, my girl gets cleaned with organic soap every damn day.

I've been told that water is all you need. Although, I've never had a problem with summers eve. I also use sensitive baby wipes when I have my period

I've used it for a few years no problems. I use the unscented kind and never in my vagina

I use the Walmart off-brand of Summers Eve and have had no issue. Been using it for 4 years
