When do I ovulate help!!

I've Always Had Normal Period Last 3-5 Days .. 28 Day Cycle NO PAIN OR CRAMPING ... Well About 2 Months Ago .. My Period Began To Come Early & Lasting About 10 Days Bad Cramping ( Never Cramped before this ) & Heavy ( Blod Clots ) I Got Worried Went To The Hospital & That's When I found out I had cyst in my right ovarie ( 4cm ) & few follicles on my left .. but my doctor told me NOT TO WORRY WHAT SO EVER .. now I don't know when I ovulate and been having a hard time conceiving .. we have sex all the time . My Last Period Was From June 19th to 27th When should I have sex .. Could the ovaries stop ovulation ? What should I do ? Ive taken geritol also .. I've been praying crying stressing and etc because this is all I want .
