Should I be on birth control pill

I'm 15 years old and I wanna go on birth control because there's something wrong with my period where I get it longer and heavier now. Also I have hirsutism where you have male pattern hair growth on your body and I read online it will calm it down so there wont be as much. My mom thinks I'm too young but I heard they'll give it to you at 13+ and there's fee clinics. Would it help Bc it also said there's other types of medication for it and I could do laser hair removal but it might scar or darken my skin. There's also creams for it but I think my hair is too thick for creams.
