Severe belly ring infection??

Hello! I got my belly button pierced in April of this year and there was a bump that formed next to it a few weeks ago and then recently the middle part of the bump peeled off and now I have a hole in what used to be that bump... I've been cleaning it with a sea salt spray and the bump has gone down. I was thinking about giving it a few more days and if it starts to heal nicely I won't worry too much about it but right now I'm kind of freaking out that it's a bad infection. It doesn't hurt or anything btw. What should I do?
