Depressed 😫😭

I know I shouldn't have taken a test before my missed period (July 17) but I just couldn't help myself and it turned out BFN, how can you guys ignore your symptoms :( are we supposed to have symptoms before missed period?! Just feeling really discouraged :( my symptoms: very sore/full boobs, higher than normal temp, bloated, nauseous, consistent headache all week, omg so fatigued like I could fall asleep with a drop of a hat, runny nose, high/soft/closed cervix
