.y milk supply drop
i been taking fenugreek and asking health specialist at the grocery store whole food and even my doctor no one seem to know about fenugreek ...
it increase my supply but doctor said not to take it so i stopped n my milk supply went down why me :/
i just started school too and im pumping for my 6 month old baby
any tricks or tips. support please
