Help!! (no hate please)
I have been vegan for a year now but recently I have been thinking about introducing a small amount of meat back into my diet (no dairy). I have really low iron levels and they have become lower since becoming vegan even though I started taking iron supplements. My blood pressure is also really low and I feel dizzy really easily. I'm 17 and my mom helps prepare my meals but it's really hard to find vegan alternatives because I live in Singapore. I really don't want to eat animals again because it feels wrong and I am aware of the environmental impacts it has on our planet plus I feel guilty but I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions???
