Shakeology
Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there has continued to drink shakeology while pregnant? I really love all the ingredients it has in it, and it's a great post workout drink. I suppose I should ask my midwife if it's ok to keep drinking, but I just wanted to see if anyone out there still continues to use while pregnant.
