Gaining Weight
Im 15 and weigh 100lbs. I want to gain weight and go to the gym specifically for my butt, thighs, and arms to get bigger. I also want a flat stomach because mines is bigger than usual for my size. My mom refuses to buy healthy food. Should I just go to the gym even though I don't eat healthy? What do you recommend I do in the gym to build muscles and eat regularly.
