hi everyone I'm one tired mama over here and desperate for answers or any tips...I have a 6 1/2 month old little girl and she refuses to sleep. I have no idea how she even functions.

she will not nap during the day or sleep at night. the ONLY way to get her to nap or sleep at all is to nurse her to sleep and hold her or let her sleep in my bed with me. I do not feel safe with her in my bed because she buries her face into me or the mattress. it's also not realistic to hold her all night either.

She is breastfeed on demand but does get formula and pureed food here and there.

We have bought just about every baby contraption possible to try and get her to sleep in them...the rock n play worked best but only for 2.5 hours and then she wouldn't go back down once she woke up. she also is too big for it now.

We have tried rice cereal in a bottle before bed and no luck, we do routine of play, bath, eat, and try to get to sleep. Nothing works. Crying it out results in her buried face down into her mattress and she doesn't fall asleep even with me comforting her.

she is clearly overly tired and so am I...needing some serious help.
