So this just happened
I wasn't due until next week. Took a hot bath last night and next thing I know lost my mucus plug right before bed. Woke up to a bloody show at 7 a.m. handled contractions until they were 6-7 minutes apart in the meanwhile walked to the 7-11 corner store and did 40 squats. Got to the L&D; at my local hospital and bam 7 dilated. This was around noon. At 1:03 pm had my prince 🤗😊. Good luck to all the July mamas left
