Keeping cool in stroller

Can anyone recommend something to help keep my baby's back from sweating while in his stroller? We already use a fan, which is great but when I pick him up his back and hair is all wet with sweat.

I found some things on Amazon, but I'm looking for recommendations from real parents not people that received the product in exchange for an "unbiased", yet always positive review.
